Service requests are taken by phone. The only form on this website is the inspection-report form on our Inspection Corrections page. If you use it, we collect the information you provide — your name, phone number, email address, property address, your role in the transaction, any closing or deadline date, your notes about the flagged electrical items, and the inspection report file you upload.

How we use it

We use that information solely to review your inspection report, respond to you, schedule service, and communicate with you about the corrections. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Form processing

Submissions from the inspection-report form are processed by our hosting provider's form-handling service and forwarded to us by email. Uploaded files are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are used only to review your inspection report.

When you call us

When you call, we take down what we need in order to schedule and carry out the work — typically your name, phone number, service address, and a description of the electrical problem. It is used for the same purposes described above.

Website analytics

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and this site records anonymous interaction events such as which pages are viewed and which call buttons are tapped. These are not tied to your identity.
